It claims to be the "easiest ever"

This article is a few months old, but it's about one of my favorite subjects: COOKIES. It is based on an excerpt from bestselling author Anne Byrn's recent book American Cookie, and focuses on the invention of blondies. There's a recipe for Brown Sugar Saucepan Blondies if you're feeling productive, but sometimes I find it soothing just to read about food that I'd like to eat, even if I'm too lazy to actually prepare it.
