Carbs!

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of E. L. Konigsburg's From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs Basil E Frankweiler, the Guardian has devoted one of its ongoing "Novel Recipes" segments to New York Pretzels. They look delicious, although I will not be buying treacle, so hopefully that's not a mission-critical ingredient.
