YAY!

I've finally had a chance to check out the various promotional videos for Netflix's upcoming Jessica Jones adaptation (they're helpfully compiled here), and I am 100% in love. Marvel stories can lend themselves really well to gloomy, stylish noir, and this is my favorite flavor of noir: with the darkness offset by plenty of humor, violence, and a badass heroine.
