Maybe it's better than she thinks?

Jennifer Crusie has always described her first romance novel, 1994's Sizzle, as embarrassingly bad, and insisted that she never wanted it to see the light of day again. She seems to have changed her mind, as Amazon has posted a collection of stories including Sizzle called Be Mine with a release date of January 22, 2013. (The other two stories are by different authors.) I'd roll my eyes over this, but anyone who reads Crusie's blog posts knows she's had a seriously rough year. I expect she really needs the money, and I'm looking forward to reading Sizzle, even if it is terrible.
