Karen Hawkins

Much like fellow Wordcandy authors Julia Quinn and Suzanne Enoch, Karen Hawkins is less spectacular than she is consistently entertaining. She has yet to write a novel that knocks my socks off, but she's written a steady stream of them that were totally worth the cover price. Plus she has a lovely website that features several charming pictures of Hugh Jackman (in case the reader needs something soothing upon which to rest their eyes) which I think is really very kind of her.
