Doesn't he have a real job?

Boris Johnson has apparently signed a hefty deal with HarperCollins to write a memoir about his time as Prime Minister of the UK. According to a friend of Johnson, the book will be "an important exercise in rescuing his reputation", so I'm interpreting that to mean it will be "a load of self-serving garbage, heavily spiced with shameless lies and pompous references to his Classical education". But, hey, on the upside, he can save on ghostwriting fees, because Johnson can easily handle lying and self-promotion all by himself.
