Libraries to the rescue, too!

Okay, I love this: The New York Public Library has launched a program at the Riverside Library on Manhattan’s Upper West Side that allows library card holders to borrow ties, briefcases, and handbags for three-week periods. You can't borrow full outfits, but the hope is that people won't need to waste money on expensive accessories while they're job-hunting. If the program is a success, the NYPL may expand it to other branches.
