Sleepless nights ahoy

Variety recently posted an update on Cary Fukunaga's upcoming film adaptation of Stephen King's It. The story will be split into two films (one featuring the characters as children; the other as adults), the scripts for both films are ready, and We're The Millers actor Will Poulter will have the dubious honor of scaring a new generation of impressionable movie-goers as Pennywise the demon clown. I'm not sure why he'd want to, frankly, but I guess it didn't do Tim Curry's career any harm...
