And speaking of film news, Variety reports that model Cara Delevingne is in talks to star in an adaptation of John Green’s Paper Towns. I haven't read the book, but if the Wikipedia plot summary is to be believed it sounds like it actually has a surprising amount in common with I Know What You Did Last Summer. Both stories appear to be overwrought melodramas that focus heavily on teenage revenge and a shared trauma, although Mr. Green's novel is obviously much more "respectable". Personally, I'm attributing that to his restrained cover art; poor Lois Duncan's story was never going to bounce back from this.
