Maybe for my birthday?

Today's Google Doodle is the prettiest one I've ever seen. It was inspired by the 107th anniversary of Winsor McCay's surreal comic strip Little Nemo, and it's both interactive and absolutely gorgeous.

I don't know much about Little Nemo, but the Wikipedia article linked above makes it sound fascinating. I was hoping I'd be able to find an affordable printed collection (hey, it's public domain now, right?), but those hopes were quickly and brutally dashed.
