I'm not buying it

The website A Koala's Playground recently posted a comprehensive update on the status of To The Beautiful You, the upcoming K-drama adaptation of the popular Japanese manga/drama Hanazakari no Kimitachi e (better known as Hana Kimi). Frankly, I have my doubts about this project, seeing as A) the original story is absolutely ridiculous*, and B) the cast is largely made up out of idol singers, not experienced actors... and trust me: you would need some really great actors to sell this material.

*It's about a girl who disguises herself as a boy and runs away to an all-boys school in Japan, all because she wants to re-inspire this kid she read about in a running magazine. (The boy in question has given up track.) Shenanigans ensue, and everyone falls in love with her.
