Aftertaste:
Black Magic Woman goes a little overboard on the violence. Couldn't he at least have offed a series of adult victims?

Also, we're not too hot on the cover art.

Everywhere in the English-speaking world. This puppy was simultaneously released in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. It's not Harry Potter, but that's quite the vote of publisher confidence!
